What Causes Persistent Dizzy Spells Despite Taking Vertin?

i am having feeling dizzy most of the time and i had been having headache for last few years i had an check up and the doctor prescribed me vertin*16 but still i am feeling dizzy its been prescribed since last 15 days and i am still continuing my age is 32 so what should i do ??
