What Causes Persistent Dry Cough With History Of Bronchitis?

YYYY@YYYY I have had a persistent dry cough for 9 weeks. Had a course of antibiotics in Early January when diagnosed with bronchitis. GP said may or may not benefit from them. Deep, hacking cough sometime cough up,very tiny amounts of clear sticky flem no bigger than a fingernail.
