What Causes Persistent Dull Headache?

I have had constant dull headaches for about 8 years, somedays its worse than others and a lot of times scented candles and perfumes seem to make it much worse. I looked online about it but nothing seems to fit, the headache is centered in my temples, forehead and the bridge of my nose. Any Ideas what the problem is?
