What Causes Persistent Dull Pain In Right Leg?

Hi! I have within the last few weeks been experiencing a dull but very painful aching feeling in my right leg that I can t seem to get rid of. My BP is 94/68 when I was just at the doctor a month ago and there s nothing else that is sticking out that worries me. I have hemipylegic migraines and have had a transiscemic attack (sp?) attack right before my son was born 11 years ago. I m only 39, am not overweight and am wondering if this is something I should be paying attention to, or just maybe I slept on it wrong? :-). I appreciate any insight!
