What Causes Persistent Fatigue And Headache?

Hi, since tues ive been feeling under the weather, on thurs i was feeling sick and was actually sick early hours at night, since then i have had headaches, sickness feeling on and off (when i eat it sometimes subsides and sometimes gets worse after) im geting backaches and feel constantly drained. not sure what it is as theres too many different answers online
