What Causes Persistent Fatigue And Pink Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, i ve been on the implanon for around 8 months now and my periods regulated back to how I ve always expected them as and when to coe even before the implanon so i ve always been regular with the odd exception. This month I m currently 2 weeks late with no signs of starting my period. Im feeling sick, my back is aching, I m constantly exhausted. Im experiencing period symptoms that i would usually expect but twice as bad as usual. I ve taken 2 home pregnancy tests yet both negative. I have also had a slight pale pink/peachy coloured discharge that i don t usually get. Im worried as with 2 negative tests I m wondering what else it could be. I m 19 so pregnancy wouldn t be the best at this point.
