What Causes Persistent Fever And Abdominal Pain In A Child?

My daughter is 6 years ,weight is 14.5kg From 28th of march she is not well she had high temperature103-104 degrees farh. Also had stomach ache we visited doctor all her blood test .urine culture was normal, doctor had prescribed for medicine zifi100dt tab 1.5 twice, syrup ibugesic plus sos , syrup cheer which is multivitamin twice a day and also tab junior lanzol 15 before food for 7 days,even after 7-8 days she sometimes during night gets temperature 101-102 degrees as we had given her antibiotic only for 4 days
