What Causes Persistent Fever And Acne?

HI, I am a 25 yrs old lady, unmarried. my weight is 50kgs. Naturally I dont fall sick that often. But I hv Acne prob and hv been on Tretacyclin doses dese days 4 2.5months. for last 1 week, I am having slight fever everyday, first few days I had toncilaitis n little caugh. But after taking parapyrol it was gone. but still, everyday I am having 100 temperature. May I know, what can be wrong with me? thanks.
