What Causes Persistent Fever Despite Taking Dolo?

My daughter has been having fever since two days. Was giving her dolo 650 four times a day. Fever would come down and again go up after five hours. Last night she had 103.9 even after dolo two hours earlier. I gave her an ice pack and Crocin. Temperature after two hours was 100.7. Now even after two hours of reading temp is 100.7. Gave her Crocin again. Should I continue with dolo or crocin
