What Causes Persistent Headache And Abdomen Pain In 14 Year Old?

Hi. I have 14 yr old daughter complaining of ongoing headache, stomach ache (not menstral cramps) and dizziness. It comes and goes but had been going on for a year. Could it be stress or anxiety, or are there any other concerns that manifest in these symptoms?
