What Causes Persistent Headache And Fatigue?

im very tired, iv had a bad head ache non stop for about 3 days. no tablets seem to ease the pain, i cant concentrate on anything like watching tv or having a conservation, my eyes keep going blurry, i get dizzy and sick feeling every now and then too.
