What Causes Persistent Headache Since A Hurt On Forehead?

I was swing dancing last night and hit my forehead on the ground. My head a little like it was ringing and I had a headache after. I took some Ibprofen and it kind of went away, but now it is a day later and my headache is back. Is there anything I should do?
