What Causes Persistent Headache,ear Popping And Nausea?

Hi. I have a question. I have had a headache for two full days now. I am also having like a popping sensation in my right ear, a metallic taste in my mouth, and slight nausea. I also am extremely pale. I have tried ibuprofen and sleeping but nothing is taking this headache away. Is there anything else I could do?
