What Causes Persistent Headaches After A Forehead Injury?

I fell in October hitting my forehead, knees, and foot on a concrete floor. I suffered, among other things; a concussion. I am receiving medical care. I have been waking up with headaches. I have had several head injuries in the past; one being a severe closed head injury resulting in a 3 week coma (31 years ago). What could these headaches across the front of the head, mean?
