What Causes Persistent Headaches Along With Abdominal Pain And Diarrhoea?

I have a headache, sick at stomach and diarreah. I also have pain in neck that goes into back past shoulder blades. I started an antibiotic yesterday due to rotten teeth and mouth pain. The headache, neck pain as well as mouth pain began a week ago. Stomach issues began yesterday.
