What Causes Persistent Headaches With An Elevated ESR?

hi Dr. i m 33yrs ,5ft 54kgs female i have a headache since two mnths i did all the test like MRI, lupid profile,blood test,VEP, all the reports are normal but ESR IS 70. my diet is good i dont feel weak but have a headache constantly, plez let me know wat should do?
