What Causes Persistent Headaches With High BP?

dear doctor -- I am writing this on behalf of my sister. She is 75 years of age and is very mobile and active. The problem -- bad headaches every day for about six months. Currently taking Kepra and this pain pill but-apap-caf; she would like to know if theere are side effects. Her blood pressure is high in the last week. thanks.
