What Causes Persistent Headaches With Tingling In The Arm?

i have been getting headaches lately and 2 weeks ago, i started with what felt like a pulled muscle in the back of my shoulder but then became what felt like my shoulder weighed 100 pounds, now i keep getting a tingling feeling in that arm...any ideas?
