What Causes Persistent Hoarse Voice Despite Taking Medications?

I had laryngitis around Thanksgiving. I went to an ENT...he scoped me..I was inflamed. He gave me a a burst of steroids and nasal spray. Went back a week later, voice still hoarse. ENT made me take 3 blood tests to rule out diabetes and Parkinsons. I was in a panic. Results came back within range. I was still hoarse though. In January I went to another ENT because my voice goes from being very hoarse to sounding like a frog and sometimes it s hard for me to get my words out. The 2nd ENT scoped me and said he saw nothing. He basically told me it was all in my mind. I am scared. Any suggestions?
