What Causes Persistent Joint Pain, Memory Loss And Sleeplessness After Bilateral Mastectomy?

I am a breast cancer survivor, have had bi lateral masectomoy 17 months ago. Estrogen +, ovaries removed. thought my bone and joint pain, memory loss, sleeplessness was a side effect of hormone inhibitor, but stopped taking this in mid November and still symptoms persist, but I do have more energy and feel more like myself off of the hormone inhibitor. looking for a solution to the bone and joint pain, sleeplessness and memory loss. All test have come back with no reasons for these conditions. PET scan, bone scan, CT scan, MRI, thyroid B12 blood tests all good.
