What Causes Persistent Knee Pain Despite Taking Feldene?

My wife have given 8 injections trigger point for knee problem & pain plus feldene capsles for two months, but still pain there, i use panadol extra looks good for her, but what i notice when i put her on Reparil dragees, it reduce all pain, can you tell me more on this problem
