What Causes Persistent Loose Bowels?

hi dr im 28 year old.my prob is that i was suffering from lose motion since 1 year ago .i was taking lomotil tablet for stopping it but no one tablet works.im too much worried.recently i was born baby and during pregancy my motion was not stopped please reply me what i do?
