What Causes Persistent Loose Bowels?

Am in Cabo San Lucas @ a resort, .This past Wenesday 10 pm had several episodes of liquid watery BM. Called Resort paramedic. He examined me had a short med.hx, he spoke to MD on call.after which he gave me IVP ranitidine, n another med I can not recall the name,prescribed Fluxacord , Bid. biomesina Compuesta q6h,Lactiva Tid, ac. I am reigious Y taking these meds also put my self on BRAT diet, Most of my sx are better except extremely weak, liquid stools continue, for fluids I drink only pedialyte, coconut water, what shat I do . Back to San Francisco this Monday.
