What Causes Persistent Migraine With Vomiting And Dizziness?

I had migraine nearly one and haf year back which was treated and after that i have never faced any severe pain.I have just started taking LEPTOS fifteen and suddenly my migraine has also started(continuosly from past four days) along with vomiting sensation, dizziness, pain in left eye and i know these are just the symptoms of migraine only. I am also into lot s of tension and depression from past few days.

So kindly advice shall i stop using leptos or shall i take it along with the medicines of migraine.
