What Causes Persistent One Sided Headache?

Hi. I've been having severe headaches on the right side of my head which can last the whole day, two weeks running. i can even feel it at night when i sleep. i have also recently noticed a bump/lump on my lower back, just where my spine begins to arch. what could this be.
