What Causes Persistent Pain Despite Taking Cyclobenzaprine For Fibromyalgia?

I ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I ve been taking pms- cyclobenzaprine for a week but I m still experiencing pain. I ve noticed on-line that the same drug by a different name- flexeril seems to help. Would a name brand be better then a generic brand? What s the differance?
