What Causes Persistent Pain In Chest On Change Of Location?

hello doctor, my name is Rachidi i m 23 years old and i am african but actually i am studying india. i came to india in 2011, since 2012 i have chest pain who persisty and more in night, when a walk or take the stairs. i have done cxrpa,d3,tsh,HIV,hbsag,hcv,lrt,ups abdo, hmg,ka, ugie the result are normal but still have pain and it s only increase day by day. no any medecine can reduce the pain and i lost weights everday day feeling tired. how would like to know what can i do or take to reduce pain.
