What Causes Persistent Pain In Legs And Hips?

i have fibromyalgia, i am only 48 years old and in so much pain cant sleep, my legs and hips are always in pain. I don t know what to do because i am an active person. my neck has compacted discs and bone spurs. Always thought i was invicible but i guess not. I am at my wits end with the constant pain. I just want to feel like i used too.
