What Causes Persistent Pain In One Side Of The Head?

Hi, I have a throbbing pain on the right side of my forehead for about 5 days now. Yesterday, it got really bad and my eyes were hard to keep open, when I walked home every step i took was unreal pain in my head. I just woke up and it is back again. What could this be?
