What Causes Persistent Pain In Shoulder And Neck?

Hi , I have a right back shoulder pain @ the joint muscle skapular area from top ( its like a tendon knob joining muscles ) , causing nervous impluses on all my right hand + a lot of vertebral / neck upper muscle pain ( only right area ) . Am taking MOTRIN 400 mg every 6 x hours. Family doctor recommended Osteopathy & I cannot find an appointment.
