What Causes Persistent Penile Tingling, Abdominal And Bone Pain, And Frequent Urination Despite 5 Months Of STI And UTI Treatments?

Hey please help me i get a tingling sensation inside my penis, and always have abdominal pain n bone pains, I ve been taking sti and uti medication for the past 5months still the need to urinate doesn t go away. I ve been on different antibiotics but still i don t understand the problem anymore
