What Causes Persistent Popping In Head?

Hi, I've been having several health isues and my doctor just thinks i'm crazy. My dad had cancer through his whole body..When I shower or swim I feel popping in my head, and little air bubbles come out, I'm always seeming to leak fluid, and have a number of symptoms. Please tell me if this is normal.
