What Causes Persistent Presence Of Bacteria In Urine?

I am 66 I keep getting my urine tested It comes back that I have bacteria I drink a lot of lemon water FRESH 100 percent cranberry juice I do not want to keep taking antibiotics This last culture says 100.000 colony and some thing that says kielbsiella pneumonia I did 1 weeko f antibiotics What could be the cause of this?
