What Causes Persistent Redness In My Palatoglossal Arches, Enlarged Tonsils, And Mild Left Ear Pain For 4 Months?

Hello dr.. I have been suffering from palatoglossal Arch redness on both the sides LT is more than the right side Along with the enlarged tonsil on both the sides again Lt is more than Rt For the past 4 months. Started feeling mild ache on the left ear too. I have seen 2 dentists and 3 ENT specialist. They said its normal you will be alright. But i am really worried... Pls help me out. Thanks
