What Causes Persistent Sharp Pain In Upper Shoulder?

Hi I woke up yesterday w/ really sharp pain in my upper right shoulder! I took an aspirin it help a bit but I am still having really sharp pain when I try to lift anything or when I move it back, & can t lift it up too much! Its a pretty nasty day don t want to drive! What can I do! I am very active & eat healthy most of the time! Let me know your thoughts! Thanks Kindly Sorangel
