What Causes Persistent Shoulder Pain Along With Tingling Sensation In Palms?

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering with shoulder pain since a year. Seen many Orthopedic doctors but with pain killers its giving relief only for few days and its back again. Now my other shoulder also seems to be affected. Also having tingling sensation in both my palms since this morning. Today I saw a doctor again and he recommended Uprise D3 60K Daily dosage for 2 months. Wondering if that's safe. Please suggest
