What Causes Persistent Sneezing Along With Green Mucus In The Mornings?

as soon as i wake up i begin to sneeze repeatedly blowing my nose reveals green mucus. the rest of the day i am congested sometimes both nostrils but often its just one. my right nostril is always itching. as the day progresses i find myself sneezing whenever my surroundings change temperature. for example i may be in a hot room and i step outside or vice versa. i have noticed that if my extremities cool down, especially my legs this will trigger the snezzing and constant blowing of my nose. this symptoms had diminished but not fully subsided but these late few days i have seen them get worse.
