What Causes Persistent Soreness After An Episiotomy?

Hi Dr, I gave birth about 10 weeks ago,I had an episiotomy done and the area is still very sore. I have done the therapies suggested online(sitz bath with warm water and salt, etc),still no relief. I really hope I don t have to go through a repair,it feels like a stitch opened. I still have lochia discharges once a while,is there any drug to make it stop? Also,my tummy still feels hard and is big, especially around the navel area. my baby cries a lot at night, but he feels a little bit better when I carry him with his tummy resting on mine. I reside in Nigeria, the hospitals staff are on strike and I cannot afford private medical care charges. I ll appreciate your response a lot. Hoping to hear from you.
