What Causes Persistent Soreness In Legs, Back And Shoulders Post Injury?

fell down after I slipped outside on ice. left leg and foot pain. very sore all over especially in leg and foot and back, shoulders, and neck. saw occupational health and told me to use ice and take ibuprofen but no relief. should I see my primary care doctor. is it normal to be this sore?
