What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain In Children?

Hi sir, my son is 3yrs old...he is continuously complaining of stomach pain (2days). His motion smells very bad....and also temperature is rising to 102 degreee every 7hours... I m giving paracetomol.... But what should i give him for stomach pain.... Is this acidity or something?
