What Causes Persistent Tremors And Nausea?

My 11 year old daughter threw up the other day and since then complaining about feeling like she may vomit, burping, gagging and shaking. We wee at the doctor yesterday and she said it sounded viral. Not sure if this is something to be convened about or just my daughter having a panic attack.
