What Causes Persistent Twitching In Calves And Between The Eyebrows?

I have had persistent twitching in my calves for months. Now I have a twitch developing between my eyebrows in the center, twitching vertically. The calves don't bother me but my face twitching does in the extreme in that it's beginning to be noticeable. Please help.
