What Causes Persistent Watery Discharge Through Ears?

Dear Sir, I am Anil Kumar from Chennai, My Father In law (from Odisha) has some problem in his ear. Always water is coming from ear, may be due to this problem his face became bend. He took many treatment from local Dr. but no recovery. Is there any scope from St. Jones medical. If they are coming there is it possible immediately they will get the service from the medical.
