What Causes Persistent Wound On Abdomen Despite Taking Sulfamethozole?

I have a wound on my adomin that has been there for over a month and it is not healing. I went the the doctor on 12/20/14 and was told to use sulfamethozole for ten days, which I di. I was also told to use an anti bactirum on it. It is getting larger and is starting to "seep" Any suggestions?
