What Causes Persisting Nausea And Shortness Of Breath?

I went to my PCP yesterday. I have been experiencing nausea, and SOB for about 2 weeks now. He listened to my lungs as I took deep breaths, and my Oxygen level is 100% but I feel like I m trying to catch my breath through a straw. And every few breaths I take a deep breath(like I m sighing) My Dr. said if I m still experiencing these symptoms next week, he will do an xray. I m really concerned that I may have something on my diaphragm. All my lab results came back normal in Jan.
