What Causes Piece Of Skin Hanging From Vaginal Opening?

Hi, i have a piece of skin hanging from the opening of my vagina. It bleeds whenever it is touched. I think it was torn during intercourse. Im unaware of what i should do about this! Will it heal on its own? And can i have some idea on what it is, that has torn. Will i have to see a doctor about this?
