What Causes Piercing Pain In Head?

hello doctor...my name is tushar and i am 22 years old...i had a severe head injury at the right side of the back of my head 2 yrs backthere was a lot of bleeding but in the hospital, nothing serious was found in the EEG scans but since then, i always get periodic headaches on that particular point in my head..like someone is peircing sharp cold needles in there and that area also gets hot..it has increased now and when i get too excited or too tensed, i feel faint......pls help...is it something serious???
