What Causes Pigmentation Of Ear Along With Prominent Veins?

i started wrestling recently in high school, and in one of my ears near the top, there is a small dark spot, along with some veins. It isn t tender or sore, but it feels slightly indented, maybe harder, than the rest of my ear. wondering if this will develop into cauliflower ear, and what I should do about it.
