What Causes Pimple In The Area Above Zygomatic Bone?

Hello. I ve had a pimple on the area above my zygomatic bone for a couple of days. The pimple feels hard to the touch. This morning I woke up and there has been some noticable swelling from the underside of my eye towards my nose. It isn t red, hot, nor warm to the touch and I don t have a fever. I was wondering if this may go away on it s own or if I need to see a Dr. Thank you.
