What Causes Pimple Like Bumps With Discharge On Thigh,scrotum And Stomach?

Pimple like bumps that bleed when squeezed waxy discharge... I have only noticed about 6 or 7 ever, on inner thigh, scrotum, stomach, upper lip, and I have to admit, i can't really see anything on my scalp too well. Maybe I am just paranoid about that. I'm 25, male... I consider myself healthy - I get sick maybe once every 2 or 3 years, and I can work a 16 hour day on 1 meal and 4 hours of sleep. Any ideas?
